The Prana Flow Yoga Retreat is a fun and easy-to-follow online journey towards integrating the endless benefits of yoga into all areas of your life. The retreat is designed to be done in as little as 2 hrs/day for 5 days, but you can choose your own pace for completing each lesson of the training. Those with an abundance of time can finish in 5 days, while those that have more busy schedules may need 1-2 weeks to complete the retreat.
Some lessons will focus on the physical dimensions of yoga asana, and will help you develop more flexibility, more muscle & core strength, and release tension, while other lessons are on the yogic way of life and focused on your personal growth.
Each lesson builds on the last, and you’ll enjoy a rewarding sense of progress each lesson as you learn the “Prana Flow” sequence step-by-step and integrate more healthy habits into your life.
By the end of the retreat, you will have learned a complete 75 min. yoga sequence that you can practice for a lifetime, how to meditate correctly, new healthy lifestyle techniques & strategies, plus feel a heightened sense of Self-awareness, that will help you make better choices that support your True Self.

Is this online retreat live, pre-recorded or both?
To give you the flexibility to practice on your own personal schedule, the technique videos, yoga and meditation classes, opening and closing rituals and workshops are all pre-recorded.

Can I complete the retreat in my own time, or is there a fixed schedule I need to follow?
The retreat is done on your own pace. We invite you to follow along with the practices offered each of the 5 days of the retreat, as you’ll get to learn, grow and make tangible progress if you remain focused and committed.
However, we understand life gets busy and you may need to adapt. So if you need to miss or skip a lesson, you can always return to it later. What’s important is that you stay committed to the process, and set aside at least 30-90 minutes daily, so you can make small daily “wins” that will help you complete the retreat – whether it’s in as little as 5 days or longer.
How flexible do I need to be? And what if I’m a beginner?

This retreat is specifically designed to be accessible to anyone – no matter your fitness level, age, flexibility, or level of experience.
If you’re a beginner, you’ll love how easy-to-follow this retreat is. There’s no need to strive for perfection, it’s all about releasing judgment and accepting yourself as you are – moving in the direction your body most feels natural in each posture.
Will I benefit from this as an intermediate or advanced practitioner?
If you’re an intermediate student, you’ll love learning a variety of new poses, how to sequence your asanas, how to flow with the breath and the deeper philosophical insights of this timeless tradition.
However, advanced students may find the asana component of the training not challenging enough. As such, unless you’re open to revisiting and building upon the foundations, we recommend that advanced asana students join us for our silent meditation retreats to learn the higher limbs of yoga.
